Mr. Jones was a man who either lived in or visited Kingston Falls around the time of the gremlin invasion of the town. It might be unknown whether he survived or died.
Biography
Prior to the gremlin incident, he visited the popular bar Dorry's Tavern and there he met Billy, who showed him one of his drawings, a caricature of the towns rich miser Ruby Deagle depicted as a vicious dragon, which was a drawing Jones complimented.

- Mr. Jones was portrayed by animator and cartoon artist legend Chuck Jones, the director of many Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies cartoons Jones had also did the Bugs bunny and Daffy duck cameo sequence in the sequel of Gremlins.
