Franklin Wendell "Frank" Welker (born March 12, 1946) is an American actor. Among many other roles, he has voiced both Scooby Doo and Fred Jones in the Scooby Doo franchise, Megatron in the Transformers franchise, Stripe in Gremlins and Mohawk in Gremlins 2: The New Batch, Garfield in various Garfield media, and Sparky and Giant Sea Monkeys in the 2012 Tim Burton animated feature Frankenweenie.
