Franklin Wendell "Frank" Welker (born March 12 1946) is an American actor. He voiced both Scooby Doo and Fred Jones in Scooby Doo franchise, Megatron in the Transformers franchise Stripe in Gremlins and Mohawk in Gremlins 2: The New Batch and Sparky and Giant Sea Monkeys in the 2012 Tim Burton animated feature Frankenweenie.
