The Flasher Gremlin existed twice as two gremlins, once as a gremlin invading Kingston Falls and the second time as one invading the Clamp Center building. Both of them are seen wearing a trenchcoat and a pair of sunglasses, both of them have a penchance to open their coat to flash women. He isn't as dangerous like the others, but considered inappropriate and he also seems to have an interest in Kate Beringer. He was holding a cigarette in his mouth and does his flashing just for fun, even though he has no visible genitalia.
The first incarnation of the Flasher Gremlin appears behind the counter in Dorry's Tavern and flashes and scares Kate who is forced to serve the gremlins that are running rampant inside the bar. He was seen again sitting by the pool table laughing at the Gremlin on it. He was seen again at the movie theater where he laughs hysterically at the movie Snow White and the Seven Dwarves, and sings along. He is then seen as one of the gremlins chasing Billy, Kate and Gizmo as revenge for interrupting their movie going experience and as the theater explodes, he dies along with the rest of the gremlins.
In the second film, a similar gremlin (probably the reincarnation of the first one) appears in front of Kate, but this time she gets angry and kicks the gremlin away like she had done before, sending him flying and shouting. In the end, he was destroyed by the Electric Gremlin along with all the remaining gremlins.
The Flasher Gremlin has possibly influenced in the movie "Munchies", a parody of Gremlins, where the monster race that parodies the Gremlins called the Munchies have an interest of women.
