Wally is a scientist for the Splice O' Life laboratory at Clamp Center. He is a good friend of fellow scientists Martin and Lewis.

Gremlins 2: The New Batch[]
Wally worked on a special vegetable formula that allows vegetables to become more durable, as shown where he demonstrates his work to Martin and Lewis by bouncing a tomato almost like a basketball. When the Gremlins reached the laboratory, one of them drinks Wally's vegetable medley and transforms into a Vegetable Gremlin.
